To get to know the Nice of the "Niçois", you have to head towards Avenue Malausséna and the "Place Général de Gaulle" where one of the largest markets of the city takes place. Large crowds gather around the displays of fruits and vegetables put up by farmers from the hills and freshly caught fish from the Mediterranean sea, glitter on their bed of ice. Due to the locals in this beautiful place a "niçoise" atmosphere is guaranteed.
